Stranded due to motorcycle flat tire. Could not ask for a better place to be stranded. Had the tire I needed. Since I was there already had the motorcyle serviced as well. These people know what they are doing. Very professional. Great job. Can't say enough about them. If you are looking to buy or have anything serviced, trust me, go no place else if you are anywhere near Gainsville. They currently have a 5 star rating, I give them a 10!!

Manny gave me excellent customer service. I have a speech impediment, and he was completely respectful, and patient in dealing with me. They have continually provided me with excellent, and prompt service in regards to picking up, as well as dropping off my four wheeler. The sales staff is awesome they worked very hard to get me on a new Honda Goldwing I only stopped in for a new tire on my Honda VTX 1800 when my wife separated from me thinking i needed to upgrade while i was working on a tire she was working on a purchase well I'm sold as much as I loved my VTX 1800 it is no match to the Goldwing now I'm making plans to go places on a bike i never thought possible

Recently I visited the Gainesville service department. I was in town from Tallahassee, Florida and had made a trip to Gainesville to carry my daughter to the airport in Gainesville. Just to let you know, there is a Yamaha dealer about 2miles away from me. After speaking to Johnny on the phone I decided to go by and check your dealership out because, I go to Gainseville often.

When I entered the front door I was welcomed by the young lady there, she was very polite. I ask for Johnny. He came immediately and greeted me like we were old friends and as soon as he did that all my nervous feelings went away. Johnny is a great salesman due to his kindness and not being obnoxuious. Like I said he was like being with an old friend that wanted to help pick the right machine for me, and boy did he. All I can say is Johnny is a top notch salesman and person.

Secondly, what can I say about Kyle, the manager. Think of anything good and that would be Kyle. Kyle worked really hard and put up with a lot of phone calls from me, it's a wonder he even wanted to talk to me after all I put him through. Kyle is also a great asset to the dealership. Very happy with my purchase of a brand-new, zero-mile Honda CBR250R from RideNow in Gainesville. Everything was simple and straightforward, and I received a good, honest price. Friendly staff who were keen to answer any questions I had. Meanwhile, the bike itself was set up perfectly and taken for a test ride before I left for a very enjoyable 2.5 hour ride home.

It was amazing, I walked up and they opened they door for me and instantly started helping me. I had quite a few questions and they were able to answer every single one, they really like to work with you. Overall it was amazing, I found my permanent dealership.
